Hotel Terrado Suites Antofagasta invites its guests and the general public to enjoy a seasonal seaside gastronomic experience. Casablanca Restaurant, the hotel’s signature culinary space, presents its new menu, “Flavors of Autumn,” a proposal designed to be savored calmly in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, where signature cuisine, local products, and a carefully curated wine selection come together to create a memorable experience.
More than a menu renewal, “Flavors of Autumn” is an invitation to pause, share, and rediscover northern Chilean gastronomy from a contemporary perspective. The proposal stands out for the depth of its flavors, the sophistication of its combinations, and the use of noble seasonal ingredients in preparations that capture the essence of autumn and the local culinary identity.
Among the most outstanding dishes are Grilled Angus Skirt Steak with risotto alla milanese and gremolata sauce; Grouper with risotto nero di sepia, grilled squid, grilled calamari rings, and crispy garlic; and Baby Lamb Ribs in a pistachio crust, with Andean tuber gratin, seasonal jam, and mixed pepper sauce.
“We wanted to create a menu that embraced the flavors of autumn from a contemporary perspective, respecting the product and enhancing each ingredient at its best moment. Autumn has intense, noble, and comforting flavors, and that inspiration was the foundation of this new gastronomic proposal, which rescues elements of our northern and Andean flavors,” said Jorge Román, executive chef of Casablanca Restaurant.
To accompany “Flavors of Autumn,” Casablanca Restaurant offers a carefully curated wine list that invites guests to explore some of the country’s finest varieties and valleys. Labels such as Koyle Royale Orgánico, Pewen, Primus Winemaker, Casa Donoso, Don Melchor, and selections from Viña Floresta, among others, are presented as the ideal complement to enhance each preparation and turn dinner into a complete gastronomic experience.
In addition, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, diners can enjoy a 20% discount on the entire wine list, a benefit designed to discover new labels, try different pairings, and enjoy a special weekend experience by the sea.
